Ventry is a quote management platform that connects Property Managers and Contractors for streamlined quote requests, submissions, and communication.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Upload or transmit viruses or malicious code
• Collect or store personal data about other users without consent

5. Content and Data

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a license to use, store, and display that content as necessary to provide the Service.

6. Payment Terms

The Service facilitates quote management between parties. Any financial transactions or agreements between Property Managers and Contractors are solely between those parties. We are not responsible for payment disputes between users.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
